“Diet” is a four letter word
I hope it is clear from the last 15 weeks that diet is not the answer, it take constant modifications to your lifestyle to avoid plateaus and decrease your body weight. Once you goal weight is achieved it is OK to allow a plateau, however physical activity and nutrition changes should still be practiced.
