HealthPartners uses Cigna’s network of doctors and clinics throughout the United States, that means, as a HealthPartners member, you’re covered.

YOUR HEALTHPARTNERS MEMBER ID CARD GET THE CARE YOU NEED WHEREVER YOU ARE Your HealthPartners member ID card gives you in-network access to your nationwide network of doctors and clinics, so you can get the care you need wherever you are.

Getting care HOW YOUR MEMBER ID CARD WORKS
Here for you Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT You’re covered nationwide through the relationship HealthPartners has with Cigna Your HealthPartners plan is a Cigna Alliance plan For your doctor’s office staff to use On the front of your ID card, both the HealthPartners and Cigna logos are there to let the doctor’s office staff know that your HealthPartners insurance plan is part of the Cigna Alliance, and as a HealthPartners member, you’re covered. On the back of your ID card there is helpful information for you and your doctor’s office staff. If any questions about your insurance coverage come up, direct them to the back of your card or call the number listed under Member Services.

Getting care USING YOUR MEMBER ID CARD Always bring your ID card to your doctor appointments FORGOT YOUR ID CARD? Access it on the myHP mobile app Bring your member ID card to all of your doctor appointments. You’ll need to show it to your doctor’s office staff when checking in before your visit. If you forgot your ID card, you can access it on the myHP mobile app.

USING YOUR MYHEALTHPARTNERS ACCOUNT Contacting your Member Services team CALL CLICK CHAT Not only can you contact Member Services by phone, you can get your questions answered online too! With a myHealthPartners account, you have more options to get the help you need to make your life a little easier. By logging on to your myHealthPartners account you’ll have the option to message or chat with Member Services. Just select the send a message or Chat with us buttons. The message and chat tools are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT. Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT
