HealthPartners works with Cigna so you can get in-network care nationwide through the Cigna Alliance. HealthPartners uses Cigna’s network of doctors and clinics throughout the United States, that means, as a HealthPartners member, you’re covered.

Your HealthPartners plan is a Cigna Alliance plan
For your doctor’s office staff to use
On the front of your ID card, both the HealthPartners and Cigna logos are there to let the doctor’s office staff know that your HealthPartners insurance plan is part of the Cigna Alliance, and as a HealthPartners member, you’re covered.
On the back of your ID card there is helpful information for you and your doctor’s office staff. If any questions about your insurance coverage come up, direct them to the back of your card or call the number listed under Member Services.

Bring your member ID card to all of your doctor appointments. You’ll need to show it to your doctor’s office staff when checking in before your visit.
