3. Acceleration Acceleration is any change in an objects motion. Eg:
Speeding up
Slowing down
Changing direction

Acceleration is the change in an objects velocity divided by the time the change takes.
Eg:
I change speed from 10 m/sec to 20 m/sec in 5 seconds.
20-10 = 10
10 / 5 = 2 meters per second per second.

The term “G-Force” is actually a way of measuring acceleration.
1 G is approximately equal to an acceleration of 10 meters per second per second.
It is equal to the acceleration we experience when we fall freely on Earth.
