Math…More than Just “X”!
My goal for teaching is to teach students how to think mathematically. Thinking mathematically is a way of understanding logic and developing a strong ability to problem solve. In my classroom, I educate my students in a way that turns them into problem solvers. I provide students with problematic situations, in which they need to use critical thinking to find their answer.

Higher Order Thinking In order for students to have successful futures, it is crucial that they develop a higher level thinking in mathematics, so as to be more apt to work in and to be able to compete in the world market. Higher order thinking in the mathematics classroom….
