3. A Systems Model for Transformation of Individuals, Institutions, and the Geoscience Community
InTegrate builds on Cutting Edge and Building Strong Departments. It works at faculty/course scale and at the department/program scale. Both efforts are supported by professional development workshops and a website. Most of the activity in the first year has been on materials development and professional development. A year from now there will be small grants for program development.

Summary of lessons learned at workshop including learning outcomes linked to work competencies, strategic ideas on design and recommendations for community scale actions
Reference and resource collection addressing linkages between geoscience education and workforce
Leadership group bridging academic and employment communities with new understanding of broad workforce/education linkages and follow on activities of their own design
