2. Introduction
On 28 July 2010, Volunteer Regulations (VR) was presented to Select Committee (SC).
No questions were asked by members of SC on presentation.
DCoG (NDMC) awaited confirmation from Secretariat of Select Committee that the VR approved by the SC.

3. Way Forward
Volunteer Regulations will be were presented to the Department’s Legislative Committee (LC) at its meeting of 22 October 2010.
Memorandum to the Minister to be submitted before promulgation of Volunteer Regulations.
