GDPR Art 7 Clearly articulate what data you will gather and what you will do with the data. Gather consent explicitly and store the evidence. Ensure you have a versioning mechanism in place for consent information. Ensure you have a mechanism for re-asking consent if the processing reasons and approach change materially. Ensure you have a mechanism available for the user to withdraw the consent. Consider adding advanced functionality such as consent receipts.
