2 Revised Qualification Standards (Applicable to all Members in any US Association) Section 2.2 details the revised annual requirements including: 30 relevant credits 6 credits - Organized Activities 3 credits - Professionalism Business Skills (3 credits max.) Section 6 requires actuaries to keep appropriate, timely records.

3 Enrolled Actuary Credits EAs are required to complete 36 hours of credit each three-year cycle, with at least 18 hours of Core subject matter.

4 CCAs Online Solution To assist our members in the tracking of their actuarial continuing professional development (CPD) to meet the revised Qualification Standards and the Conferences revised program, we developed a CPD tracking tool at: ActuarialCPD.org

5 About ActuarialCPD.org Designed as an electronic worksheet (and based on the recordkeeping form in the Qualification Standards), the tool provides members with a single site to track their activities for: Qualification Standards (CPD) and CCAs Required Continuing Education Program; and Enrolled Actuary (EA) credits.

6 View CPD Credits Reporting Year; Activity Type; Practice Area; or Any combination thereof. The View CPD Credits page allows members to view activities and totals of their credits. Credits may be sorted by:

7 View Totals for CPD Credits CPD Credit; Organized Activity; Professionalism; Business Skills; and Specific Qualification Standards. At the bottom of the page, members can find totals for the different areas of credit required, including:

8 On-Screen Help for CPD Credits On-screen help is as easy as moving your mouse over the column title.

9 View EA Credits Reporting Cycle; Activity Type; and A combination of both. The View EA Credits page allow EAs to track credits along their 3-year cycles. Credits may be sorted by:

10 View Totals for EA Credits At the bottom of the page, members can find totals for both: Core Credit NonCore Credit

11 On-Screen Help for EA Credits On-screen help is as easy as moving your mouse over the column title.

12 Adding CPD/EA Credits The Add Credits page allows members to input both CPD and EA credits.

13 Updating CPD/EA Credits Updating credits is as simple as clicking a link…

14 Updating CPD/EA Credits … and making a change.

15 Deleting CPD/EA Credits If you wish to delete an entry, just click the Delete link located at the end of each line…

16 Delete Credits …and confirm your request to delete the record by selecting the delete key at the bottom.

17 Export Data to Excel Wish to download and save your credits to your computer? Use the Export page to download your CPD/EA credits to an Excel file.

18 Profile Page Use the Profile page to change your ActuarialCPD password or update your e-mail address.

19 CCA Events Added Automatically Credits are automatically entered for CCA members who attend CCA-sponsored events such as: CCA Annual Meeting CCA Annual Meeting Enrolled Actuaries Meeting Enrolled Actuaries Meeting CCA Seminars CCA Seminars CCA Audiocasts CCA Audiocasts
