Call Expired Listings In this meeting we will: Discuss approaches to prospecting for expired listings before they expire. Practice dialogue to be used with owners who have listings about to expire. Sample Dialogue: "I realize you may not want to put your house back on the market right away. It might be helpful to get another opinion why your house didn't sell. It's not always about price. I’d like share my professional advice with you, so you have a better understanding when you are ready to put your house on the market again."
