Why Value Added? As of the 2011-2012 school year, a program designed to recognize value added and to assist in the assignment, recruitment and retention of teachers (hereinafter referred to as the program ) shall be set up, on the one hand, to recognize value added and, on the other hand, to allow the granting of incentive premiums for assignment, recruitment and retention.
