Nutrients that you body uses for energy. Includes starches, and sugars. Found in grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Fats Nutrients that provide your body with energy and help your body work well. Found in meats and butter.

Proteins Nutrients that your body needs for energy, growth, and healing body parts. Found in meats, beans, and nuts.

Vitamins Nutrients that help your body grow and heal. Found in vegetables, fruits, and dairy products.

Minerals Nutrients that are not made from living things. Found in fruits, vegetables, and meats.
