National ID working in close collaboration with other government agencies who also have registration system Capacity Building Systems Analysis of reports from system Report writing Dissemination of information to users Records Management (records digitisation etc) Capacity Building We are really good with the process and the input side of the system, however we are often faced with the challenge regarding other functions of the system Analysis statistics from the system to make it useful is a challenge. We as statisticians are technical in our areas, we have to analysis these statistics, understand the statistics and be able to translate the statistics to be meaningful to our users. We need your assistance in these areas We have challenges in writing reports and how civil registrations and vital statistics can be used for decision making. Often these are the challenges we as statisticians faced, statistics collected are often left unused because somehow the users do not understand, can not interpret or simply do not know that certain statistics are available. How can you help us with dissemination?
