Download/Print multiple reports at once

2. Batch Reports Using Sample Inbox
Step 1:
Once logged in click: “Samples”
SELECT ALL
Step 3:
Click “Batch Report”
Step 2:
Select the reports you wish to download/print using the check boxes or the Select All at the top of the page. A maximum of 50 reports can be saved into a single PDF.

3. Saving & Printing Batch PDF Report
Note: If the batch report PDF does not appear after clicking “Batch Report” please ensure that your Pop Up Blocker is set to off.
To Print:
Select Ctrl P or click “Print” (File Print) then either print all pages, or print selected pages using your print preview.
To save the PDF: click “Save” or Ctrl S. (File Save)

4. Batch Reports Using Sample Search
Searching allows you to sort
reports by date, equipment, worksite etc;
before batch downloading/printing.
Step 1:
Go to the “Samples” Tab
Step 2:
Under “Search” use “Quick Search” or “Advanced Search”
Step 3:
Search by Date Range, Unit ID, Worksite, City, or any “Advanced Search” criteria. Then click “Search”

5. Select Samples Step 2: Click “Batch Report” Step 1:

Click “Batch Report”
