Changes made to permissions Organizations using Professional and Enterprise Editions Operational Data (projects and resources) Configuration Data (System Settings) Accounting Data (AP, AR, and GL transactions) Data Retention Professional Edition – 18 months Enterprise Edition – 5 years

7 Reporting Enhancements
Filtering on Data Fields A new ability to filter data by most data fields to facilitate exception reporting (e.g., including only low profit projects in the project portfolio report whose margins did not exceed 30%) New fields added Ginsu Report – Cost Card Description Schedule Variance Report – Resource Equivalents Authentication tokens available for RESTful reporting data services Dynamically calculated fields in RESTful data sets A new parameter can be used in the RESTful reporting data services that permits users to access fields that are normally calculated dynamically in Excel pivot tables (e.g., billing rates)

9 Update Skills Permissions
Set permissions for users and user types to view and update skills from within Projector Web Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users & Resources > User Types

10 Skill Approval Workflow
Skill approvers can be configured on a resource by resource basis Permission to approve skills may also be granted via the new cost center permission called “Approve skills” Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users & Resources > Resources

11 Role UDFs Role UDFs can be added from the Administration tab of the Management Portal Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Setup > User-Defined Fields

12 Notification Preferences
Projector e3 notifications can be enabled for key user types Users can disable any unwanted notifications on their Projector Web profile page Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users & Resources > User Types

13 Authentication Tokens
Enable the use of Authentication Tokens for RSETful reporting data services Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Setup > Account Settings
