5 Projector Web – Employee Dashboard
Show Year-to-Date utilization and vacation statistics Resources can view their schedule and drill into the different tasks they are assigned to work on The Employee Dashboard replaces the classic employee portal home page

6 Projector Web – Expense Entry
Enter expenses using and intuitive weekly grid layout Search for and add projects and expense types to your expense report Drag and drop receipts onto individual expense items or an expense report Included in the new interface is also an optional FX rate feed that can be used for multi-currency expense entry

7 Projector Web – Project Workspaces
Project Workspaces have an updated layout to match the rest of the Projector Web interface Team information is now being displayed on the Home tab of the Project Workspace Projects that are accessed frequently can be added to a favorites list for quicker navigation

8 Invoice Email Distribution
Invoices can now be ed to clients directly from Projector once they are issued. templates can be customized to use the wording and information desired in the . Invoices distribution preferences can be set at the client, engagement, or individual invoice level. An distribution history is kept to ensure deliverability.

9 Multi-Metric Budgets – Project Editor
Select the metric you would like to view on the current active baseline Specify the metrics you would like to track while creating the budget Default budget metrics can be configured on the Engagement Type that a specific project uses

10 Multi-Metric Budget – Project Dashboard
Multi-metric budget baselines will be available in both dashboards and reports

11 Project Portfolio Report
A new report called the Project Portfolio Report is now available. This report is intended to combined all of the financial, operational, and delivery aspects of projects in one report. Projector will contain 7 pre-configured variations of the Projector Portfolio Report to introduce organizations to some of the information available The Project Portfolio Report contains over 400 fields that include things like backlog, unbilled milestones, unrecognized revenue and earned value metrics

12 Reporting Web Services
Reports can now be output in an XML format using a REST based web service. Organizations can configure their data structure using the report wizard and then export the results in an XML format by switching the output type to web service.

13 Login by Proxy Set the date that the Proxy User is to be disabled on Proxy users can be created for someone to act on behalf of someone else. A common use case is vacation coverage Proxy users permissions can match those of the proxied user or configured as needed Specify responsibilities of proxy user to enable them as the default approver and include them on relevant alerts Proxy users can be created by right clicking on the user that will be logged in on behalf of from the Admin Tab > Users & Resources > Users section.

14 Account Mapping Rules Users with the proper permission can now modify transaction account mappings without needing to unwind or delete dependent transactions Modifying account mappings for individual transactions could lead to accounts being out of balance. Please ensure that any corresponding transactions are accounted for properly.

16 Projector Web The new Projector Web interface can be enabled from the Employee Portal Configuration Page. Once enabled, an organization cannot migrate back to the old interface. Users can also access the new interface by logging in at the following URL: This form can be reached by going to the Admin Tab > Setup > Employee Portal

17 Projector Web Projector Web migration options: Enable Projector Web for all users Allow users to access Projector Web at their discretion through URL: Enable Projector Web in a Sandbox account Other considerations: Once Projector Web is enabled for all users it cannot be reverted back to the classic Employee Portal Projector Web will become the default interface for all users within the next 6 to 12 months

18 Expense Reporting FX Feed
FX rate data from XE can be used to convert incurred to disbursed currencies on expense reports. The FX feed will only populate exchange rates on expense reports. This feed will not effect the internal exchange rates that are used for multi-currency management. Note: Using FX rate data from XE.com constitutes your acceptance of XE Terms of Use. XE Terms of Use can be reviewed on their site: This form can be reached by going to Admin Tab > Setup > System Settings > Cost Tab

19 Invoice Email Distribution
Once enabled, Distribution can be configured on the Client Profile, Engagement Billing Tab, or an individual invoice. To enable Invoice Distribution please contact Projector Support. Invoices can be ed as an attachment, imbedded into the , or as a link to the Project Workspace where they can be posted and downloaded. This form can be reached by going to Client Tab > Client Editor > Billing Tab

20 Multi-Metric Baselines
Multi-Metric budgets can be configured for each Engagement Type Engagement Budgets can be calculated as the sum of all project budgets Default primary and secondary metrics can be configured for each Engagement Type This form can be reached by going to the Job Accounting > Engagement Types

21 Stage Based Permissions
Old Permissions New Permissions Project Stage Based Permissions for PMs have been expanded to add more granularity. This form can be reached by going to the Admin Tab > Setup > Stages

22 Project Portfolio Report
In order to run the Project Portfolio Report the proper cost center permission must be applied. This permission can be found by going to the User Profile > User Role Overrides > Cost Center Permissions. All users with permission to run an Engagement Portfolio Report will have this permission by default. This form can be reached by going to the Admin Tab > Users & Resources > Edit User Profile

23 Miscellaneous Changes
The smallest allowable time reporting increment is now 1 minute Admin Tab > Setup > System Setting > Time Tab UDFs are now available for Time and Cost Cards Organizations can track a maximum of 2 time card or cost card UDFs Admin Tab > Setup > User-Defined Fields > Time Card or Cost Card Override Account Mappings - User Permission Allows for manual mapping alterations on individual AP, AR, or GL transactions Admin Tab > Users & Resource > Users > User Role Overrides > Global Maintain Advanced Project and Engagement Setup - Cost Center Permission Allows users to change core aspects of an engagement (i.e. cost center or engagement type) even if time or expenses have already been reported against the project Admin Tab > Users & Resource > Users > User Role Overrides > Cost Center
