4. Coming 2 weeks – not much rain expected

5. As of June 29, river flow of 4.5 cms is recommended and asap given likelihood of long dry summer – next steps:

What is needed to secure support for a reduction in river flow from current 5.5 cms down to recommended 4.5 cms?
River flow reductions down to 4.5 cms also requires approval from Water Manager
