6. Transcripts How do I request an Official or Unofficial Transcript?
Request through google doc - go to rosevilletigers.org under quick links - transcripts
Parent must complete form if you are under 18
$3 for each transcript requested - No cost unofficial

Most four year universities require tests to be completed by December - some earlier - check individual campus websites
Send official scores - colleges and universities will use the highest
College applications, report already received scores and/or planned dates
Send to 1 CSU goes to all CSU campuses, Send to 1 UC and all UCs get it, NCAA Code:9999
