Start meeting with the key decision makers and building relationships Develop intentional relationships Meet as a group or as many members as possible There is power when meeting as the ACPA Suggested quarterly meetings with DOT Join engineering associations such as ASCE, ACEC and ASHE Rigid Rugged Resilient

9 Regional Training Plan Regional Training to be held across the state with at least 4 locations depending on size of the state Reach out to key contacts to plan the training DOT will have LTAP or some type of training coordinator Also contact the State Construction Engineer Contact the Road Builders Assoc. and the Utility Contractors Assoc Secure locations and food for the training Most DOT’s have training facilities Hotels can be a good source as well Donuts and Box Lunches are great ideas Rigid Rugged Resilient
