Change in mean Neuropathy Total Symptom Score (NTSS-6) from baseline to 24 weeks. This questionnaire includes 6 yes-or-no questions about neuropathic symptoms including various types of pain, tingling, and loss of sensation. Each “yes” answer is scored as 1 point. Lower scores signify improvement.
