5. Bridge Student Graduates Freshman Year
Upon finishing the summer program the Bridge Students will be Graduates of the Bridge Program.
Goal setting and achievement planning.
Accountability at home and at school.
Diamond Bar Forum
Individual or Small Group Intervention.
