5. Lets talk briefly about Extra Credit This is due Monday March 12 at the start of the period. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. This project is potentially worth a total of 35 points that will be added to the existing total of your paper you turned in last week. The project will be three part- written, visual/art, and oral presentation. Each will be scored separately. 12 points each for written and visual/art and 11 points for oral presentation.

6. Now the actual assignment… Pick any author that you have covered in this class so far this year and write a 500 word biography in the form of a speech, story, or eulogy. Create a visual presentation about this author and his or her life. You may use power point or other programs or paper. Be as creative as you like. Present your information to the class in 2 minutes.
