Project Summary Element Status Schedule:
Behind by approx. 1 week with lingering usability studies and long term analyses; otherwise on schedule Cost: Achieving budget with about 20% reserve ($365) Technical: All systems tested and meet requirements except: Debris collection marginal; to be discussed with customer Usability testing to catch up within one week Risk: Risk dropping according to plan. Major remaining concerns are: Robustness of Mach3 software Minor lingering electrical issues Schedule recovery 1/10/2019 P15311

Additional Processes Customer and Guide Engagement
Customers: RIT and Jeff Lonneville Jeff has been engaged for the phase 4 system demo Input from RIT has come in the form of meeting with safety personnel and student/faculty surveys Guide: The team has made a conscious effort to clear up the misunderstanding of the first few weeks and engage the guide as needed 1/10/2019 P15311
17
Additional Processes (cont)
Use of Feedback Taking increased guide input into consideration Performing peer evaluations post-review Team Functioning The team has adjusted to concerns regarding being late and doing other work during class time The team has increased correspondence via and text message Documentation All files are on edge BOM and drawings/schematics need final revisions Execution of Demo Demo can be preformed on day of review 1/10/2019 P15311
18
Individual Contributions
Workload is even throughout team Each team member has put in extra hours in order to catch up with the project schedule Individual performance items have been discussed Had a team work and dinner night on campus 1/10/2019 P15311
