1. The following slides show just how this transformation took place.
On discovering asbestos in the lagging of our old heating pipes under the floor, work had to be carried out to removed them. Ultimately this meant lifting the floor and removing the pews and current heating system to enable this work to take place. Once the work was completed, a new floor was laid and carpeted, new heating installed and the pews replaced with new seating.

15. 15 Oct – Work complete, awaiting chairs

16. 1 Nov – New seats in place – work complete.
