Formed during HCC Annual Meetings 2005 following extended discussions on VER/CER prices;

Members: Sri Lanka, Chile, Czech, Uganda
Chair: Xuedu Lu

3. Objectives
To gain deeper understanding of how the World Bank prices Emission Reductions;
Communicate to HCC members;
Communicate to stakeholders in respective countries on the issue of Prices for Emission Reductions;
Provide advice to the Bank on price policy to keep a reasonable and stable price so as to achieving sound CDM market development
