ACN Turquoise plans now apply discounts from the very first invoice! On 3 December 2018 there was a change in the construct of all new pay on time discount plans. For these new products the pay on time discount will be applied in the customer’s current bill, as long as they pay by the due date. This means that customer will get pay on time discounts on every bill, including their first bill and their last bill. The new suite of products launched reflect this change. Make a List of all the small business’s in your network that uses mobiles or tablets. You have the potential to sign up 3, 5 or even 10 or more services at once! Start contacting these customers Today. Their existing Providers will also be in touch with them allot of the time, so its important to get them lined up to sign up via your storefront. More than 50% of iPhone users have more than 1 apple device. AGAIN – another opportunity to sell multiple devices and upgrade customers. Important Vodafone Sign Up Tips
Almost two thirds of all customers currently declined by Vodafone are not due to credit score! Avoid fraud protection declines by asking customers to: Sign up via their own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) Sign up on their own mobile or home Wi-Fi connection. Avoid incorrect sign up declines. Check the following: Drivers Licence or passport numbers Name on ID Residential = delivery address Time at previous residential address Occupation One third of declines are due to poor quality customers being referred. Help improve approval chances by: SIM only Low plan fees, eg $35 or $45 plans Set up Direct Approximately 30% are declined by fraud protection systems Vodafone have in place to stop illegal scamming and criminal activity. This can be avoided by asking customers to: Sign up via their own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) Sign up on their own mobile or home Wi-Fi connection. 35% are also declined because when entering their details they either mistype or deliberately enter incorrect information. Examples include: Incorrect Drivers Licence or passport numbers Incorrect name as appears on ID e.g. Matt (not Mathew) Smith Incorrect residential or delivery address (which needs to match) Incorrect/not included time at previous residential address Incorrect occupation 35% are due to poor quality customers being referred. However we can help improve chances of their approval by: Starting off with a low plan fee like $35 or $45 plans if customer doesn’t currently have a post-paid service. Recommending SIM Only if they are new to country, a student or have a poor credit record. Getting customer to setup direct debit
