2 Launch/Buzz event - key planning steps
Microsoft Office365 1/10/2019 Launch/Buzz event - key planning steps Define objectives and success criteria Define event audience Identify scenarios of focus and the value they will provide to staff…not just to IT Create day-in-the-life scripts for scenarios of focus that showcase value they provide to staff Outline event flow/agenda Book event space Create event promotion/communications plan Develop event engagement plan Recruit and ready volunteers to help with the event Post-event recap – capture success metrics and other collateral from event for future OneDrive project promotion Best Practice for Buzz Events Across Multiple Locations: Utilize OneDrive champions to host the events at multiple locations. It would be important to have materials/hand-outs that are consistent across the various locations. It's also a good idea to try and tie the different sites together by having either a YamJam, and/or Live Event, at a set time focused on "What are the benefits to OneDrive" - this way the different locations can be more connected © 2012 Microsoft Corporation.
