Reading
We will read a humorous fiction story called Judy Moody Saves the World. Our story skills are story structure, theme, context clues. Our story summative will be next week.
Language Arts
We will review our capitalization and punctuation unit on Monday and take the summative on Tuesday.
Math
We will begin chapter 11 this week. We will learn how to find the perimeter and area of a shape. We will also find unknown side lengths.
Science & Social
Studies
Science – we will begin a new unit called “Processes and Impacts of Natural Hazards”.
Social Studies – we will read about how the war ended.
