1. Carlisle Station : Suggested Improvement Works to Passenger Facilities
Fit board to hide OLE gantry defining ‘gateway’ to Newcastle & Carlisle and Settle & Carlisle Railways.
Install new dwarf wall 1200mm high with glazed draught screens above to 2000mm overall height.
Relocate platform number totems to corners of new screen.
Re-pave area to match waiting area at North end of platform, install new seating and relocate snack vending machine.
