Types of Institutions DLG services survey was open between October 2017 and January 2018. Since small sample size, going to solicit information in other ways-- interviews and the focus group today. 67 responses bulk of which came from public libraries (one library system submitted 9 responses which we averaged together) Over all,

The average of all the responses (based on an average of each of the institution types) >3.95 for all the digitization services

Technology Hosting By far the least desired of the technology hosting options was open journal systems hosting The biggest hosting priorities (marked VERY USEFUL) are access file hosting, archival mgmt/finding aid hosting, DAMS hosting; newspaper hosting; master file storage; and a state-wide finding aid database. Of these services categorized as VERY USEFUL, DAMS hosting and a state-wide finding aid database would be new services as we currently offer the others although AMS and finding aid public access on a limited basis.

Consulting and Training
Across the board, our partners are asking for training and consultation services. We will begin surveying our partners to determine webinar topics and hope to launch a webinar program in late We’re working to expose our documentation more fully via the participate link on the new website and will be adding new content to the documentation site. While a partner conference and pre-conferences didn’t rank as high as very useful for the aggregate, our more specialized partners (college special collections and museums ) indicated a desire for face-to-face meetings.
