9 Plan Review Fees vs. Permit Fees
Plan review fees are available to pay once they are invoiced by CPD staff. Use your Log number to find and pay plan review fees online. Permit fees are paid after a review is complete (or in advance for commercial zoning permits). Use your permit number— not the Log number—to find and pay permit fees online. RESCON = Residential construction permit COMMCON = Commercial construction permit ZONE = Zoning permit SUDP = Sewer use and drainage permit You may need to send us the name and license number of your contractor before you can pay construction permit fees. Plan Review Fees vs. Permit Fees

10 Finding your permit records when you only have a Log number
1) Go to the “Development Svcs” tab to search using your Log number, as detailed earlier in these slides. 2) Select “Record Info” and then “Related Records” on the Log detail page.

11 Viewing all permits related to your project log
3) Click “View” to access the permits you want to pay. You may need to individually pay fees for multiple permits, for example, both zoning and residential construction. Permits will not be issued until permit fees are paid.

12 Paying permit fees and printing your permit
4) On the permit detail page, you will find fees under the “payments” menu. 5) Once fees are paid, you can download a PDF of the permit from this same page using the “Permits and Licenses” link. This link only appears when an issued permit is available to print. Make sure to print all pages of the permit to display at the jobsite. Once fees are paid, print the issued permit here Make sure this is the permit number, not the Log Pay permit fees here

13 Final Step: Download approved electronic plans from the “attachments” tab.
The information under “Attachments” will take longer to load than the rest of the page. You must have both the issued permit and the approved plans available on the jobsite.
