Log onto the Hallis Website at www. hallis. com
Log onto the Hallis Website at and click on the “ETIMESHEETS” button (second from left, at top of screen)

Click on the “Employee Login” option
Click on the “Employee Login” option. Enter your Reference Number and password, and select your location. Click “Submit”

This will take you to a list of the timesheets that you have submitted, and their status. You can view timesheets by clicking on the weekending date. If a timesheet has not been approved, you can edit it by clicking on the weekending date, changing the details and then selecting “save” or “submit”. To enter a new timesheet, click the “New Timesheet” button.

Enter the weekending (Sunday) date, and the hours that you have worked for each day, in the format specified. You can add a note to the timesheet which will be seen by your timesheet authoriser and the Hallis payroll department. When you have finished, click “save” if you want to add in more hours later, or “submit” if you have finished entering all hours for the week.

You have finished! Click on logout and then close your browser to exit the system. Alternatively, if you wish to view or update your contact details or change your password, click on the “View Profile”, “Update Profile”, or “Update Password” link as required.
