Complete them with a, an or the. 1 Fish kabsa is a delicious meal. To start, clean a large fish, peel and cut onion, tomatoes and garlic. Then measure the olive oil, tomato paste and spices. 2 Heat oil in metal pot, add the onions and cook them until they’re brown. Then add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and spices. 3 Add fish and cook in the sauce for 5 minutes, then pour very hot water onto the fish, turn down heat and cook for 50 minutes. 4 Carefully take the fish out of tomato sauce and put it in oven dish. Put the dish in oven and keep it hot. 5 When fish is in the oven, wash some rice then add it to the tomato sauce. Turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes or until rice is nearly dry. 6 Put the rice on big plate with the fish on top of it.
