Active Duty Family Members (ADFM) Appointments
WHO: Rodriguez Army Health Clinic (RAHC)
WHAT: Effective 12 JANUARY 2015 , RAHC will enroll Active Duty Family Members (ADFM) using TRICARE Prime for Primary Care on limited space-required basis for ages 5 and older. Children less than 5 will we remain with their TRICARE provider.
To enroll into RAHC, bring your Military Orders indicating Command Sponsorship for your spouse and children to the TRICARE Service Center located in Building 152 Chrisman Rd (Welcome Center) and change your enrollment to RAHC.
