3 Words to know MSG- is a flavor enhancer.
Preservatives- Food preservatives refer to additives that are put into food to extend its shelf life.  Nitrates- Nitrates frequently added to processed meats like bacon, ham, sausages and hot dogs. They function as preservatives, helping to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. GMOs- Genetically modified organisms (GMOs)

Sodium Phosphate (E339) – a food additive used as an emulsifier. Emulsifiers keep oil and water molecules mixed together, despite their natural tendency to separate. Sodium phosphate is used in processed cheese products such as this. It also increases its shelf life and maintains texture and appearance
