As a AgilePt17 participant, I want improve transparency in my organisation so that we can get better insight into status, improve our planning, and improve our deployment processes.
Problem to alleviate: Confusion around status, unproductive Sprint planning, waste in planning, poor inflow to the team, bottlenecks out of the team, not knowing where to start.
