4 Why Update the Guidelines?
Allows Marisla and our granting partners to understand our impact at a finer scale Gives applicants and grantees an opportunity to discuss potential and actual challenges faced and how they are addressed Provides an opportunity for grantees to talk about success in a more personal and anecdotal way Addresses the differences between a project-focused proposal and a general support proposal Creates consistency across budgets and financial reporting JUST NARRATIVE, STILL OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE FIELDS LIKE NAME OF ORG, TAX ID #, ADDRESS, ETC.

5 Terminology Proposal = Application Final Report = Grant Report
Program Areas = Human Services & Environment

6 Updated Guideline Roll Out Timing
Updated PROPOSAL guidelines will go live for Q applications, which report to OCCF by September 30, 2018. If you are/were funded BEFORE Q4 2017, the current REPORTING guidelines are still in place, but the final report will be entered through SurveyMonkey. Center vertically.
