1. MLP EVALUATION DIRECTIONS:
Please complete the evaluation for the in-district activities within one week after the activity has been completed. If the evaluation is not completed, you will not receive your points.
To find the evaluation form:
Click on your Learning Plan tab at the top right of your screen.
Under the section called My Requests, your activities that require an evaluation have a clipboard icon.
To the left of the activity there will be a Manage button. Click on the Manage button to open the activity.
You will look for the Participant Eval 2 button at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the Participant Eval 2 button, and your evaluation form will come up.
Once you complete the evaluation, be sure to click the save button.
If you do not see the Participant Eval 2 button at the bottom of the screen, you have already completed your evaluation.
