5. Differentiation
Different from patent 1 in that it is not utilized for running and meant to be used exclusively off-road
Different from patent 2 in that it is a personal navigation device and not used for vehicle applications
No known patents for Flaik sports armband, so infringement is not currently an issue

6. Dealing with Potential Liability
Patent 1: License the patent, or challenge it based on the fact that it appears to be trivial
Patent 2: Challenge the patent based on the fact that it doesn’t appear to be novel (existing prior art that patent doesn’t seem to step away from significantly)
