16 Conclusions SSF Guidelines are a powerful tool for all: internationally agreed framework of principles and guidance for integrated development Rights and responsibilities come together SSF Guidelines implementation key to linking fishing rights and human rights to foster participation and empowerment for improved food security and poverty eradication Different roles for different players
