Document Library Related Document under PRC 104 and PRC 111 Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP)  ALL LEAs and Charters who have at least 1 identified EL student must complete the NC Language Instructional Education Chart (LIEP). Title III Subgrantees complete the chart as part of the Title III Application process in the CCIP. Non-Title III subgrantees (LEAs and Charters) with at least one identified EL based on the October 1 headcount must complete the LIEP chart and submit to NCDPI for review and approval.  Read the explanation of the LIEP purposes and review the sample of a completed chart. 16 17 LIEP Guidance Fill in the template to match the EL support offered at your LEA/charter. Please fill in the complete chart, even if you do not currently have students who fit each category. 16 17 LIEP Template Submit the completed LIEP chart in Word format via November 18, 2016. Use LIEP for (LEA/Charter Name) in the subject line *Charters not submitting and receiving approval on the LIEP will receive a rating of Not Compliant on the annual Charter Performance Framework.
