1. We touch base ultimately with our local communities. Our animating efforts on all levels help them to reflect, examine, and express their own life and ministry.

17. 2. We move ahead through projects more than through structures, that is, in terms of objectives that are precise, clear, attainable, and time-bound. 3. We promote processes rather than isolated activities, that is, by gradually implementing the different operational stages.

21. 10. We foster relationships with the national centers and inter-provincial teams, with the provincial youth ministry delegates and teams, and with the provincials–the ones primarily responsible for the animation of youth ministry in the provinces.

22. We foster relationships with the Salesian Family and the local Church, and maintain tighter coordination and collaboration with the Departments for the Missions, Social Communication, and Formation.
