Transformational Change
Incremental Change Transformational Change The thinking that exists today in the area where you want to drive a new level of results is sufficient to achieve the desired results. E.g. learning new software; switching from manual to automatic. Achieving breakthrough results requires a change in thinking: revising assumptions and beliefs. E.g. moving to Common Core; moving from top down authority-based structure to shared power.
