SUPPORT OF SPECIAL NEEDS TEACHER
help to find on-the-job learning places for students to work as the contact person between employers and professional teachers to support students during their on-the-job learning period

SUPPORT OF EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT / COACH
to help students with special needs to apply to vocational studies to help teachers to find on-the-job learning places for students also to keep contact with those employers to support students during their on-the-job learning period (wake-ups, transports, support in authority contacts) close co-operation between network operators (teachers, social workers, authorities)

INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT
6 Institutes ( Kokkola, Kälviä, Kannus, Kaustinen, Perho) 13 Education sectors: Machinery and Metal Technology, Vehicles and Transportation, Construction Technology, Wood Industry, Surface Treatment,Textiles and Clothing, Catering Field, Hotel and Restaurant Field, Agriculture, Horse Economics, Youth and Leisure Counsellor, Communication and Visual Arts, Commerse and Administration 42 students ( ) 8 has graduated, 4 will be graduated during few weeks 5 has interrupted the project and the school (reasons: work, health reasons, moved to another schooling or town, etc.)
