Please note that all projects with an award date of 12/23/2013 (sale date of 12/12/2013) or after must be converted to the 2013 C&MS with no exceptions. 
The first SS800 for the 2013 C&MS will be dated 4/19/2013
The last SS800 for the 2010 C&MS will be dated 7/19/2013
