3. Current Problems A traditional way of communication by drawing.
Only specialists such like architects and engineers can understand drawings.
The owner cannot understand drawings
Computer cannon understand them, either.
 Lack of credibility and efficiency

A traditional way of communication by 3D-modeling.
3D-modeling is a tool under developing.
It doesn’t contain information such like materials, specifications, and etc.
It is not enough accurate to use in real construction sites.
