1. Kineton Music Festival 2018
Following the huge success of previous events, Kineton Sports and Social Club will be holding the sixth Kineton Music Festival on Sat 16th June 2018 with the famed ‘Eve of Festival Party’ on Fri 15th
This year’s event will raise money for three local charities: the regional Air Ambulance, Myton Hospice (Leamington Spa) and Katherine House Hospice (Banbury).
KMF 2017 attracted nearly 2200 people and raised an astonishing £14,000 for charity
KMF 2018: the aim is to increase visitor numbers to 2,500 and raise a minimum of £10,000 for charity.
KMF has raised more than £40,000 for charity over 5 years
Funds are required to cover the Festival’ s running costs and we are providing local businesses with an opportunity to become associated with this amazingly popular event through sponsorship. The following levels of exposure are offered:
Essential Exposure £100. The sponsor's name will be posted on the KMF website and in the Festival programme.
Arena Exposure £250. The sponsor’s name will be posted on the KMF website and in the Festival Program. The sponsor’s name will be announced over the stage PA during the event. The sponsor’s promotional banner will be displayed in the arena (by arrangement).
This will be a family friendly event, with bouncy castles, graffiti walls, jugglers
Premium Exposure £500. The sponsor's logo will be displayed on the Main Stage banner, in the carousel on the Home page of the KMF Festival web site and on a dedicated sponsor page. Company logos will also appear on posters and in the festival program with a sponsor overview. The sponsor may erect a small promotional stand in the Arena.
Promotion of Kineton Music Festival is through the KMF website kinetonmusicfestival.co.uk, Social media, Eventbrite ticketing, road-side banners, locally sited posters and through our supported Charities’ publicity systems.
This is a great opportunity to promote your ambitions and secure local recognition. The Festival has been hugely popular and continues to grow; it supports worthy and highly recognisable causes. A small proportion of the gate receipts is retained to ensure the continuation of the Festival but the majority goes directly to the three supported charities.
