What is it? The “ticketmanagementplatform” does exactly what the name indicates: it is a platform on which you can manage your tickets You are able to upload all kinds of tickets, so in different sizes (jpeg, pdf,…etc) You can sent out your tickets to your contacts in an You can follow up the tickets you already sent out, when and to who

What are the advantages?
As you sent out your tickets in an , you can sent them out like for example just 1 hour prior to the start of the event no more sorting out tickets manually, putting them in envelopes and running to the postal office tickets will not get lost in the mail anymore or arrive late on their destination You can put your tickets in different maps you can create yourself in order to find them back easy

How does it work? First of all you get a personal url with your login and password At your own choice and requirements you can create folders and sub folders in which you can upload your tickets You can upload your contacts per event or in a global folder At your own choice you can create or modify a mail template You can sent out your tickets all at once or one by one or only the selected ones You are able to monitor who downloaded the ticket you sent out All data in the platform can be put in different reports as required

As an administrator you have the rights to decide how the platform will be organized: Which folders and subfolders you create How you will call your events What rights you give each user

This is an example of a tree layout you can organize for your folders. You can create as many subfolders as you want

How does it look like? upload tickets
You can upload your tickets by clicking on the “choose file” button and upload them from your Computer. Or you can drag and drop them in the drop zone whatever method you prefer

You can upload your contacts by creating them or by uploading them in an xcel file The info you upload can be used in different reporting afterwards

It is very easy, as you can see in this Example, to upload a Lot of tickets in pdf By clicking the upload All button, they will all Be uploaded and Available to sent by Mail on the platform

How does it look like? generate your own tickets
When you want to use the ticket template you can create your own tickets/vouchers and give them the Folow up number you want In this way it becomes easy to create and upload a lot of tickets in the platform

An xcel file with contacts and adresses can be uploaded

After uploading an xcel with contacts you can choose the xcel version you want , depending On what info should be in which collums

After uploading the list with contacts, in the screen you see above, you can apply how many Tickets each contact will get, after you click on upload the tickets are linked with the contacts

How does it look like? sending out the emails
After linking the contacts and the tickets you can go to ticket – status and as you can see in the Screen above: you can mail them all at once, only mail the newly linked or just resent a ticket you selected

How does it look like? follow up the downloads
The download status button shows you the screen above in which you can follow up what tickets are Assigned (to a contact) , what tickets are sent out by mail (mail collum), and if and how many times At ticket is downloaded (in download collum)

The different templates (in our example 2) can be modified by changing the dynamic fields and Using the uploaded “assets” for a specific event

You can create unlimitted number of users all with different rights. The administrator decides Which right is applied to which user.
