We had a fun, busy week. We were entertained and learned a lot when the Dayton Philharmonic cam to perform for us. Our Scholastic News introduced us to our 45th President, Donald Trump. We discussed what makes a person a hero and learned about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and why he would be considered a hero. We had a mock election for our favorite Caldecott book in library! We learned many new vocabulary words with our study on hibernation and migration this week. One of our favorite books: Over and Under the Snow.
