School notices come in two parts.

8. Features
Part one is like a letter.

Part two is a reply slip.

10. Features
In part one, we can see the school name is at the top.

11. Features
‘Dear …’ and the date are also at the top.

12. Features
This part usually includes the name of the event and the date of the event.
The first paragraph introduces the event or arrangement.

13. Features
Information on the event or arrangement is in the middle.

14. Features
This part sometimes includes important points to note.

15. Features
Parents can send this reply slip back on the 4th November or before, but not on the 5th November or later.
There is usually a deadline for the reply.

16. Features
The name of the person who writes the notice is at the bottom.

In part two, parents can write a quick reply by filling in the spaces…
