Main Tasks to Finish:
Gluing/Wrapping Large Cells 300 left 15/day = 1 month.
PMT Bases work at PSU ~50% completed. Can be mounted after stacking.
Order for 700 optical pads: 10 delivered; next week-100 units/week.
Stacking plan written and submitted to Bill Christie: Main points are front platform and delivery thru RHIC tunnel/Door 6ED1.
Some reworking:
~10% large cells reglued/recast plastics holders for magnetic shields
Tolerances on PMT bases-do not fit inside shields
